Main House & Guest House

The Guest House is an elegant 65 sqm independent residence, arranged over two levels and accessed through the estate’s picturesque inner courtyard. Blending the timeless charm of a historic mansion with contemporary comforts, it offers an intimate and refined living space that complements the estate’s unique character.

Although fully independent in terms of layout and access, the Guest House is available exclusively as part of the estate and cannot be booked separately. It serves as a private extension of the Main House, providing additional space, comfort, and privacy for larger groups.

On the ground floor, guests will find a welcoming living area featuring a comfortable sofa bed, which can accommodate up to two additional guests when required a fully equipped ergonomic kitchen, and a bathroom. Thoughtfully designed, the space creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation and shared moments.

At the same level is the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, air conditioning. The bedroom enjoys direct access to the charming internal courtyard, enhancing the sense of privacy and serenity that defines the Guest House experience.

A staircase leads to the upper level, an open-plan area overlooking the living room below and preserving the impressive double-height character of the residence. Here, a carefully selected antique desk offers a tranquil corner for reading, writing, or working, while adding a distinctive touch that reflects the history and heritage of the property.
