Main House

The Main House is 128 sqm. It consists of a spacious living room with a dining table seating 6-8 people, furnished with antique period pieces combined with elements of modern design, creating a bold environment of unique elegance, while the marble fireplace warms the atmosphere with notes of another era. The windows allow the exclusive view to flow into the space from every corner of the house.

Next to the dining room is the elevated level of the modern, fully equipped kitchen, featuring the timeless combination of black & white.

To the left and right of this space are two bedrooms: the Master Room and the Studio Room.

The Master Room is a corner room overlooking the volcano and the Caldera. It features a classic-style king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom and shower, LCD TV, and A/C.

The Studio Room is designed according to the principles of contemporary architecture, overlooking the inner courtyard and offering direct access, making it completely autonomous. It features a built-in king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom and shower, LCD TV, safe, mini fridge, A/C, and a ceiling fan.
